Thanks everyone, here's the specs..  not too exciting really...

79 Pontiac Trans Am
2nd owner
77.5k original miles
403 Olds - completely stock
stock automatic transmission
around a 2.41 rear gear
New paint and decals 5 years ago
about 15 miles a gallon!

thats about it.

Oh, forgot to add..

new suspension in 2005, bigger sway bars, new adjustable shocks, and springs - too stiff, rides like a dumptruck, but handles nice!

I was joking when I mentioned the gas mileage.  Maybe I'm too used to my Civic, which gets 34 miles a gallon.  What do you guys get?

Im expected to get about 5mpg...However I've lots of engine work, and 4.10's in the rear.

Like I said in a another post, one of the biggest reasons I love TA's is that their body style screams muscle with just a plain jane paint job on it.  No frills and the car still looks awesome.

10, sometimes 8... Is it a bad thing when you floor it and you can watch the gas gauge needle move? :(

Real nice car man. I definately like the charcoal graphics over the gold!
